Papaver gigant 

Papaver gigant is the dried seed head of the giant poppy, and it's one of those stems that dried flower lovers can't get enough of. Each head has that iconic rounded shape with the beautiful star-patterned crown on top, giving it an almost sculptural quality that adds instant character to any arrangement.

In their natural state, these seed heads have a lovely warm, sandy tone with subtle grey-green undertones of earthy and understated, they sit perfectly alongside other neutral dried stems. The texture is smooth and woody, completely different from softer stems like pampas or grasses, which is exactly why they work so well as a contrast piece in a mixed arrangement.
