SHIPPING OPTIONS

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $50.

All orders are shipped using express courier services, typically via overnight delivery once dispatched.

While the courier service itself operates overnight delivery, customers should allow up to 11 working days for delivery from the date the order is placed. In most cases, orders arrive significantly sooner; however, this timeframe accounts for order processing, handling, international transit, and customs clearance where applicable.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide.

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or other regulatory fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are entirely outside of our control. Any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order comply with the import regulations of their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, border inspections, regulatory agencies, or courier processing delays.

DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

Once an order has been dispatched and handed to the courier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the courier service.

We will provide tracking details so customers can monitor their shipment.

We cannot be held responsible for:

Delays caused by courier services

Customs processing delays

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Failed delivery attempts by the courier

Import restrictions or regulatory issues in the destination country

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs, courier fees, or customs charges incurred.

Shipping Address Accuracy & Changes

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate.

Due to our overnight shipping schedule and rapid order processing, it is not possible to change or amend the delivery address once an order has been placed and dispatched.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided at the time of ordering and the order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be corrected with the courier.

In such circumstances, we cannot be held responsible for orders that are delivered to the incorrect address provided by the customer, or for any delays, losses, or additional costs that may arise as a result.

If you realise that the shipping address entered is incorrect, please contact us immediately after placing your order. While we will do our best to assist before dispatch, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has entered our shipping process.

CUSTOMS DELAYS

Customs clearance procedures can sometimes cause delays that are outside our control.

While we cannot be held liable for such delays, we will provide reasonable assistance where possible, including supplying shipment documentation or communicating with the courier if required.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days, although processing times may vary during busy periods.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in opening an investigation with the courier.

All claims must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
