Haver, also known as avena or dried oat grass, is one of those beautifully understated stems that every dried flower collection needs. The delicate seed pods hang from fine, arching stems, giving them a graceful, nodding movement that brings a real sense of lightness and life to an arrangement even though they're completely dried.

This natural green variety has a soft, muted green tone that feels fresh without being overpowering. It's also stunning on its own in a slim vase on a windowsill or bedside table, where the light catches those tiny dangling pods.
